History: Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Sasha was the youngest and only son of three siblings and child of medical pioneers. However, in spite of his parents extensive knowledge in the medical field, home life was anything but accepting for the youth. Physically and emotionally abused for his 'strangeness', it was all the transgender youth could do to get out of his home at the age of seventeen. Attending college and later medical school, he pushed his issues into a sometimes blind drive to surpass the expectations of his parents in medicine. However, a few short days into his residency, the young doctor snapped from all the pressure.

With the help of caring tutor, the young man was sent off to continue his residency (and escape the drama following his episode) to a progressive hospital in Russia. He finished his residency, but the move didn't help calm the mental issues. Following a bad breakup with a fellow doctor at the hospital, the young doctor suffered another 'episode'- this time leaving a few burning cars in his warpath. Unable to be rescued, he was incarcerated.

Emerging a year later following Feliks Belov, he has returned to his research, developing several new psychiatric medicines.

Someone, somewhere, had forgotten to tell Dr. Jeremiah Kersey that ladies are never supposed to be made to wait. Gentlemen are to be prompt, if not arrive BEFORE the lady- no matter what the scenario. But here Sasha was, dressed up to the nines, lashes curled, nails painted, six inch stilettos tapping, and that late son-of-a-bitch had him waiting like some common criminal about to testify. He was annoyed, to put it mildly.

Were he any other sort of woman, he may have called out, become outwardly irritable, gone to question where his interviewer was. But he wasn't just any other sort of woman. He was Dr. Alexander Nova and he would play the waiting game for now and bite his tongue. After all, vengeance was always sweeter when it had time to brew.
